FAQs

WHat happens if a class is cancelled?

Classes will go ahead no matter the number of people who have booked. If you are the only person who has booked, i will contact you to see if you would still like to come out - trust me i know 1:1 can be scary and you have booked for the group atmosphere - or if you would like a workout to do at home.

WHat if i can’t make the classes?

As part of the membership you will get access to all of the workout plans across the month, plus 2 extra workouts which can be done either with no or minimal equipment. If you can’t attend the class take advantage of all the extra content you get through your membership and as always get in touch for any advice or if you need a little extra motivation.

How will i book classes so i am not charged?

once you become a member you will receive a code which you can use to book classes which will deduct the entire cost. This code is for use by the member only and a new code will be sent out each month.
